While we have always taken the responsibility of our guest's health & safety very seriously, during the current Corona virus pandemic, we find it especially important to reassure guests of our commitment.We have partnered with the Madison County Public Health Department, the local Sanitarian's Office, & the MT DPHHS in order to develop systems that will help ensure the safety of our guests & staff without sacrificing the atmosphere, cuisine, & customer service we have become known for over the years! Staff: Our entire crew have had additional in-depth training on corona virus protocols & are given pre-shift health screenings by management. All staff will be wearing face coverings. Additionally, they will be mindful of good hygiene, hand washing, & sanitation. Restaurant: We are following all Montana Phased Approaches for Reopening (Currently Phase 2) & continue to implement additional protocols & guidelines provided by the County for sanitation & disinfecting. Due to the massive rise in Madisonn County's Active COVID-19 cases, The Old Hotel will require all guests, aged 5 years or older, to wear face coverings if planning on Dining "In House". Masks, face-shields, or other appropriate face coverings will need to be donned prior to entering the building. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide in-house service for anyone who chooses to not wear a face covering without a justifiable medical condition. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
* Controlled Customer Flow: We are able to seat 50% of our full capacity & have removed, approximately, half of our tables in order to fulfill the Social Distancing requirements. Reservations will be required &, currently, we are required to limit group sizes to 10 people or less. While we appreciate that our guests are eager to dine with us, we will only be able to seats guests at their reserved time. As we have had to remove most areas for waiting, we suggest that you remain in your vehicle until your reservation time. * Air Filtration: As direct air flow from the outside is not feasible during the late Fall & Winter months, we will be adding additional air filtration systems to our dining rooms. These systems are designed to quickly remove aerosol particles that tend to carry corona virus. * Alternatives: Should you or a dining companion have an appropriate medical condition that prevents you from wearing a more traditional face covering, please contact us.
