Our entire Old Hotel Ohana has been working diligently to be ready to welcome you all home, again! We are taking the responsibility of our post COVID-19 closure very seriously and have partnered with the Madison County Department of Health, the local Sanitarian's Office, & the MT DPHHS in order to develop systems that will help ensure the safety of our guests & staff without sacrificing the atmosphere, cuisine, & customer service we have become known for over the years! Staff: Our entire crew have had additional in-depth training on corona-virus protocols & will be given pre-shift health screenings. While NOT mandated but out respect for those who may be compromised & to assist in keeping our guests, their loved ones, & themselves safe, our staff have elected to wear face coverings, through, at least, the initial Phases of Recovery. Additionally, they will be mindful of good hygiene, hand washing, & sanitation. Restaurant: While closed, the entire restaurant has been deep cleaned. Upon reopening, we will be following additional protocols & guidelines provided by the County for sanitation & disinfecting. * Controlled Customer Flow: We will be reopening at 50-75% of our full capacity & have removed, approximately, half of our tables in order to fulfill the Social Distancing requirements. Reservations will be required &, currently, we will be limiting group sizes to 10 people or less. * Menu: While we will still provide a changing Weekly Dinner Menu, filled with fresh, house-made culinary delights; you may notice slight differences. Due to current supply chain issues with ingredient availability & price increases, certain staples & crowd favorites may be temporarily unavailable until it is prudent to return them to the menu.
Please Kokua! Help us give you the best possible experience while visiting The Old Hotel: * Patience: While we are all eager to "get back to normal" after the stress & uncertainty of the Corona-virus Spring, we will have growing pains & hiccups along the way. We ask for your patience while we navigate the new protocols & changes in service. *Practice Social Distancing: Please be respectful of other guests by maintaining a 6 foot distance. *Sanitation & Safety: We have added hand sanitizer through out the restaurant as well as additional receptacles for waste disposal. Face coverings will not be required. * Provide Feedback: We need to hear from you! Your perspective as a guest is unique & we need to see what you see, know how you feel, & what works or doesn't work. We appreciate your insights!
