While we have always taken the responsibility of our guest's health & safety very seriously, during the Coronavirus pandemic, we find it especially important to reassure guests of our commitment. We have turned to the CDC & The National Restaurant Association, in order to develop systems that will help ensure the safety of our guests & staff without sacrificing the atmosphere, cuisine, & customer service we have become known for over the years! Staff: All staff will be wearing face coverings. Additionally, they will be mindful of good hygiene, hand washing, & sanitation. Restaurant: We are following all CDC guidelines for "industry best practices" & continue to implement protocols for sanitation & disinfecting. Although Montana has pulled back regulations on face coverings, we have been encouraged to use "industry best practices" which is set up by the National Restaurant Association. Therefore, with their recommendation, we are requiring face coverings for anyone age 5 years or older, when inside our establishment. Masks, face-shields, or other appropriate face coverings will need to be donned prior to entering the building and must cover nose & mouth. We will not be able to provide in-house service for anyone who chooses not to comply with this mandate. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
* Controlled Customer Flow: We will be seating at 50% of our full capacity & have removed, approximately, half of our tables in order to provide for socially distant spacing. Reservations will be required & may be limiting the size of group per reservation. While we appreciate that our guests are eager to dine with us, we will only be able to seats guests at their reserved time. As we have removed most areas for waiting, we suggest that you remain in your vehicle until your reservation time. * Air Filtration: As direct air flow from the outside is not feasible during the "shoulder season" & inclement weather, we will be adding additional air filtration systems to our dining rooms. These systems are designed to quickly remove aerosol particles that tend to carry coronavirus. * Alternatives: Should you or a dining companion have an appropriate medical condition that prevents you from wearing a more traditional face covering, please contact us. We would be happy to review alternatives for dining with our establishment. Not Ready to Dine In-House? We are offering Meals-to-Go & Bentos a Go Go! See Our specialty menu page or call us for more information!
Please Kokua! Help us give you the best possible experience while visiting The Old Hotel: * Patience: This last "Covid Year' has presented many challenges to us all. We will be continually monitoring and adapting to our situation as the pandemic changes and we ask for your patience and positivity. *Practice Social Distancing: Please be respectful of other guests by maintaining a 6 foot distance. *Sanitation & Safety: Please remember to wash your hands. In order to assist with sanitation, we have added hand sanitizing stations through out the restaurant as well as additional receptacles for waste disposal.
